We believe going on-site is the best experience for you and our
technologists.  Sure we can solve some of the problems on the phone
and we do, but we love to visit our customers in person.  
We drive
hybrid Prius service cars to keep our costs low and to save the
environment.  

We also have flexible service hours from mornings into the evenings.

Available On-Site Services
Our Golden Rule Service Promise:  Once we come on-site and
find and diagnose the problem, we will apply the "RADIX Golden
Rule".  We will treat you as if the PC  was ours personally. We will
advise you not fix the problem, if it really makes sense to replace the
PC.  Of course the final decision is yours.
